Return Policy

General
We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Beautymall.ca promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.
 
Please adhere to the following return policy:
1. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through Beautymall.ca
2. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition
3. The product must be free from scratches and/or defects
5. You must have the original packaging for the item
5. There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item
6. Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
7. All returns must be over $50 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
8. Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.
9. Commercial and/or institutional orders with quantities larger than 10 units of item are not eligible for the 30 day "No Question Asked" return policy without judicious reason!
 
We are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost shipment freight claim with the respective shipper. Damaged items due to improper packaging or mishandling will not be refunded. Packages with obvious damage will be refused.
 
Returned items are subject to a restocking fee based on the original purchase price unless defective. Restocking fees range from 30% depending on the vendor.
 
Cancel shipment of entire order or item in your order.

You can cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, and you will have to process a general return.
 
Inspect your order immediately on receiving!
Any damages or shortages must be reported to Beautymall.ca within 2 days from date of receipt of your order.
For items damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the shipping company. If a product is defective, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply.
 
How to proceed with a return?

We will do our best to help you through this process, but it is important to follow the guidelines listed below. Understanding and following these procedures will help speed the process, and will help us resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible:

  • Contact us to process your return and receive an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Once you have set up your return by phone or over e-mail you will be e-mailed an RGA number within 1 business days. Along with this return number you will receive a ship-to address where you must send your merchandise to. Be sure to include your RGA number with your merchandise. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your credit.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees. We recommend items be returned via insured parcel post for proof of delivery. Please be certain that items are secure in their packaging so damage does not occur while they are in transit back to our warehouse.
  • You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.  Returns without an RGA number clearly visible on the package will be refused. Items returned directly to the manufacturer without our authorization will not be refunded. Items received past the return period plus reasonable shipping time may not be processed. Returned items must be shipped in the original product packaging.

 
Refunds
 
We will do our best to process the return quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Refunds will be credited by check. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product you’re returning is defective or damaged. Taxes and duties on shipments are fully refundable.
