Shipping and Return Policy

At Beautymall.ca we are dedicated to providing you with timely and reliable service. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

The usual time for processing an order is 48 hours (2 business days), but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. 

OUT OF STOCK: If items are out of stock or back-ordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery. If your order contains a combination of available products and out of stock products, we will ship the entire order once all products are back in stock.

Delivery is Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued. In some cases, smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door.


WHERE CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We are currently only offering standard ground shipping service within the Canada and United States. If you live outside of the Canada or United States, at this time we are unable to accept your order and apologize for the inconvenience.

 Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier's closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination. Customers will be notified by telephone when shipments are available for pick-up.

Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code.


HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided on your Shipping  Confirmation email. All orders shipped by Canada Post can be tracked via the delivery provider's website http://www.canadapost.ca

Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

We offer FREE SHIPPING everywhere in Canada for all orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes).

For most of our products we offering a flat shipping rate to determined by Province/State destination. To determine the shipping rate for a specific product, add the item to cart and enter the delivery postal code in the Estimate Shipping and Tax tool. If your shipping destination is within the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut) or within remote locations (Alaska and Hawaii), please contact Customer Support for updated freight rates.  


CAN I REFUSE A PACKAGE IF IT IS DAMAGED?

Yes, you can refuse a damaged package. 

However, if you have already accepted the package, please contact Canada Post Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery to initiate insurance claim and provide us with details to ensure a prompt exchange from Beautymall.ca


CAN I CANCEL ANY SHIPMENT?

If you wish to cancel any shipment, you can do so up until the time it’s left our warehouse or our drop ship vendor. Once the shipment in process, it then becomes a return.


UNCLAIMED PARCEL

If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a post office for you to pick up. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.

When you go to the post office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:

Delivery notice, Official ID with photo and address

WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse ($9 flat rate). 


LOST PARCEL

We are not responsible for lost shipments. All shipment are insured with a carrier. You must file a lost shipment claim with the respective shipper (Canada Post). 


UNDELIVERED PARCEL

All packages returned to us due to a client address error will automatically proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, MINUS THE DELIVERY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PACKAGE to our warehouse.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order. Beautymall.ca promises to deliver high-quality products, in excellent condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. 

NOTICE: Returned items might be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price unless defective.


Please adhere to the following return policy:

1. We can process returns and refunds only for items purchased through Beautymall.ca

2. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition

3. The product must be free from scratches and/or defects

5. You must have the original packaging for the item

5. There cannot be any writing on the packaging for the item

6. Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).

7. All returns must be over $50 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.

8. Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.


REFUNDS

We will do our best to process the return quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. SHIPPING CHARGES ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SHIPMENT ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS THE PRODUCT YOU’RE RETURNING IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. 


CURRENCY EXCHANGE

All charges and credits are done in Canadian dollars, Beautymall.ca is not responsible for changes in exchange rates or any fees you incur from your bank for currency exchange.
