I've been using this for months. You need to know how to use it. Apply a small amount of shampoo on fingertips and massage directly onto the scalp. Do not focus on your hairs ends, this shampoo address the scalp. Light massage and let it work for a couple of minutes before beginning rinsing off. During rinse off gently rub the rinsing product on your ends for a cleaning effect. Repeat wash ones again.
