Shipping and Return Policy
At Beautymall.ca, we are committed to providing reliable service and timely delivery for all orders.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (2 business days). Processing time may vary depending on product availability.
Out-of-Stock & Back-Ordered Items
If an item is out of stock or back-ordered, you will receive a follow-up email with an estimated shipping date.
If your order includes both in-stock and back-ordered items, the complete order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
Delivery Times
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM (local time).
If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier may:
- Leave a delivery notification card, or
- Leave the parcel at your door for smaller shipments (where permitted).
Where Do You Ship?
We currently offer standard ground shipping within Canada and the United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of Canada or the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Remote & Restricted Locations
Some geographic restrictions apply. In certain remote regions, delivery may be made to the carrier’s nearest pick-up location. Customers will be contacted when parcels are ready for collection.
Deliveries can only be made to:
- A valid street address, or
- A rural route number with postal code
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Canada Post shipments can be tracked directly on the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Rates
FREE SHIPPING in Canada on all orders over $100 CAD
(after discounts, before taxes)
Shipping rates for other orders are calculated based on the destination province/state.

- Enter your postal/ZIP code in the Estimate Shipping & Tax tool
For shipments to:
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
- Alaska or Hawaii
Please contact Customer Support for updated freight rates.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery.
If the package was already accepted:
- Contact Canada Post Customer Support within 24 hours
- Notify Beautymall.ca so we can assist with an exchange or claim
Can I Cancel an Order?
Orders may be cancelled before they leave our warehouse or drop-ship vendor.
Once an order has shipped, it is considered a return and subject to the return policy below.
Unclaimed Parcels / Incorrect Address
If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at a local post office for pick-up.
To retrieve your parcel, you must present:
- Delivery notice
- Valid government-issued photo ID
Returned parcels will be refunded minus a $15 return shipping fee.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is lost:
- We will assist you in initiating a claim with the carrier
- Claims must be filed with Canada Post
Beautymall.ca is not responsible for carrier delays once a shipment has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
- Items must be purchased directly from Beautymall.ca
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
- Original packaging is required
- Packaging must be free of writing or damage
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Return total must be $50 or more
- Items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified by email
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
Currency & Exchange Rates
All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Beautymall.ca is not responsible for:
- Currency exchange rate fluctuations
- Fees charged by your bank or payment provider
